But here are the hard facts:

1. pick up and return

1.1 When?
Your van will officially be ready for pick up from 2 pm at the latest.Later is of course always possible, but we will confirm whether it will work earlier only one day before your departure,when the van is back from its last tour and we have checked it.

Please allow approx. 45 minutes for the handover.

The official return time for your van is 12 noon.You can extend your return to 3pm for a small extra charge (this option is available on return days from Monday to Thursday).

Please allow approx. 20 minutes for the return.If you have not booked an interior cleaning with us, please return your van cleaned from the inside and with a full fuel tank..

We are located within walking distance of Ostkreuz Berlin station at Wiesenweg 1, 10365 Berlin.

- Comprehensive insurance with 1500€ excess (3000€ up to 23 years)

- Windscreen insurance (outside field of vision up to 2cm)

- Comprehensive insurance with 750€ excess (1500€ up to 23 years)

3. driving licence

3.1 Which driving licence do I need and how old do I have to be?
All our campers can be driven with a class B driving licence and you must be at least 18 years old and have held your licence for one year.

DISCOUNT LEVELS: 5% AS OF 6 | 10% AS OF 13 | 15% AS OF 21 | 20% AS OF 28 NIGHTS

For bookings made 7 days or more before departure, the minimum rental period is only 3 nights. No handovers or returns on Sundays, public holidays and bridge days.
